If you've only just discovered us, This Detailed Life magazine is a new professional photography magazine which launched in June 2020. TDL is a print only bi-annual magazine edited by Bex Maini and her team, to showcase artwork by photographers around the world. Run by a team of photographers, we wish to elevate our fellow photographers, educate and inform, and above all to inspire.
Our ethos is capturing the details of life, the moments that happen, the emotions and the stories.
We have been busy collaborating with some amazing photography businesses and have lots of giveaway ideas in the pipeline. Here's a few coming up......
BOOKS
One of our first giveaway collaborations will be with the ever inspiring, Chloe Lodge! Chloe has been a supporter of This Detailed Life since the very beginning and is giving away a copy of her first book, For The Love Of The Photograph.

ONLINE CLASSES
We are also very excited to be bringing you an online class thanks to Phlock Live, another of our wonderful supporters from Day 1! Phlock Live is Europe's Number One learning event for women in photography. From 5th - 7th March 2021 in Manchester, you will find live workshops, inspiring talks, business masterclasses and shoot-alongs – learn in an inspiring, friendly and nurturing environment and make connections that change your life.
Phlock's very first event this March was a casualty of Covid so in the meantime, organisers Laura and Sarah Wood have been building a wonderful suite of online learning, Phlock+.

MENTORING
It doesn't stop there, some of the TDL team are also involved! So far, Bex and Tash have both signed up to offer mentoring sessions and we have some other ideas for mentoring collaborations in the pipeline too so watch this space! ;)
